I am offering a warm welcoming and unique wellness coaching called Health Creation whose aim is to create health. Health Creation is a new concept in personal coaching developed by holistic health pioneer Dr Rosy Daniel. From survive to thrive, Revive is here to help you personally.

The proposition is simple but powerful. Health Creation moves away from the information-based model of health promotion, which has very little effect on human behaviour, to a proactive and participative model of health creation. It is about guiding and supporting people to recognise and change unhealthy behaviour and negative attitudes for life-enhancing self-care and a new vitality that is enduring.

Health Creation enables people to identify their current state and needs and, working with their personal Health Creation Mentor, they are then motivated and empowered to make the healthy changes they really need. Based on a holistic approach to health, Health Creation gets to the real roots of why we might be sabotaging our health and happiness.

As a Health Creation Mentor I work on a one-to-one basis with clients and understand well the interaction of our states of mind, body, spirit and the environment in which we live and work. To become truly healthy, and remain so, we need to be nourished at all these levels. We also need help to recognise how we hold back on our enjoyment of life, and how to overcome these obstacles to greater happiness and really good health. Supported by a Mentor we can find healing for the hurt or unhappiness that has caused us to give up on ourselves, and get back into happy, fulfilled living.

I take a particular interest in working with the Carers program designed to support those who are in the caring role, whether professionally or within the family. There are 3 parts to the Health Creation Program – The Cancer Lifeline Program, The Carers Program and the Health Creation Program itself.

Consultations are conducted over the phone, by Skype or Zoom.
